Here are the steps!
STEP 1: Click here to become a member. This will set up a convenient yearly membership for you. It will remind you to renew each year automatically. If you need to cancel for any reason, simply click here.
If you are an existing member, and want to renew your existing membership click here to set up a recurring subscription using your existing user name an password.
Emeritus status available upon request after a minimum of 10 years of continuous full-member status membership, age 65 and older, and retired from full-time employment. No annual dues. Please enquire here: jstremblay@southalabama.edu.
If you wish to become a life member, then click here. Life memberships are a single payment of $300 to the academy that grants professional scientists and educators (non-students) permanent membership in the Alabama Academy of Sciences. This is a ONE time payment, and so there is no need to renew memberships. This process will attempt to create a NEW USER id and password for you, so if you are already an existing member who wishes to convert from a regular membership, billed annually, to a life member, then please email jstremblay@southalabama.edu to adjust your membership logon information.
If you also need to register for the Annual Meeting, go on to step 2.
STEP 2: Click here to register for the Meeting. This will be a one time charge that can be made using PayPal, or your credit or debit card.
Universities, group orders, or individuals needing to pay by check should contact our Treasurer, Dr. Bettina Riley, at briley@southalabama.edu. She can provide you with instructions for these payments.
